Who We Are
The Support and Sharing Swiss – DRC (SSSD) is a platform dedicated to building lasting connections between Switzerland and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
SSSD was born from the vision of Mr. Badile LUBAMBA, the initiator and principal architect of this bilateral dynamic. A unifying leader, strategist, and deeply committed actor in the dialogue between the two countries, he believes that any sustainable cooperation must be grounded in trust, integrity, and measurable impact.
Under his leadership, SSSD has developed into an ambitious, inclusive, and action-oriented platform. It brings together talents, entrepreneurs, investors, institutions, and development actors around a shared ambition: to build strong and lasting bridges between the two countries and to transform existing potential into concrete opportunities that serve mutually beneficial progress.
SSSD brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and decision-makers from both regions to create a solid business network. We facilitate meetings, partnerships, and long-term synergies that support shared and responsible growth.
We identify and support high-potential strategic projects in the DRC, ensuring transparency, security, and trust. Our objective is to attract Swiss and European investors to initiatives that generate positive economic and social impact.
Beyond economics, SSSD promotes cultural and educational cooperation. We organize forums, trade fairs, and business trips, and foster exchanges in key sectors such as mining, agriculture, energy, technology, health, education, tourism, and sports. The human and cultural richness of the DRC is also showcased in Switzerland.
We provide a neutral platform for dialogue between political leaders, economic actors, institutions, and civil society, encouraging collaborative and sustainable solutions. In addition, our center of excellence produces studies, reports, and analyses with the aim of becoming a credible reference in cooperation and development.
